With more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry, Brenda Tworoger oversees the team of property managers that ensure all Aspen Properties operate in the most efficient and effective manner.
Mrs. Tworoger works closely with Aspen Properties staff in the renovation of existing properties and throughout the development and construction phases of new projects. Her team exclusively handles the management of Aspen Properties entire portfolio.
Specializing in the management of office, industrial, retail, mixed-use, R&D and PID properties, Mrs. Tworoger and her team have a long history of tackling needs associated with just about every commercial product type.
Mrs. Tworoger also owns Spectrum Property Management, which was founded in 1988 in San Diego, California. Spectrum Property Management is an “Accredited Management Organization,” or AMO, and Certified Property Manager, or CPM, as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
